Effective protection and resiliency practices and mitigation measures are essential to protecting assets and ensuring for business continuity. 

Emergency response  organization roles and responsibilities  

Outline the organization, relationships, responsibilities and actions necessary to prepare for respond to manage and recover from a significant disruption to business critical functions and support services. 

Describe the planning process

Detailed planning including strategies and measures required to identify and mitigate risks to business  functions and services arising from credible threats.

Ensuring for effective emergency response 

Design and implement scalable emergency response simulations that verify plans, procedures and responders

Exceptional quality planning in compliance  to industry standards and regulations 

Compliance to the varying standards and regulations is essential to ensuring for  optimal service  reliability.

Mentoring of accountable staff 

 Develop comprehensive procedures and training for the on-going management and continuous improvement of the emergency preparedness and business continuity program

Conduct threat, vulnerability, risk and resiliency assessments including climate change
